How Our Store Works (Two Models, One Site)

TikTok Made Me Buy It (tiktokmakemebuyits.com) carries two types of products, and your return/refund experience depends on which type you bought. Here's how to tell them apart:

  • Sold by TikTok Made Me Buy It β€” These are dropship-fulfilled products. You checked out directly on our site, we're the seller of record, and we handle your order from start to finish. Returns and refunds for these products are covered by us (see below).
  • Amazon affiliate links β€” These products link out to Amazon.ca (or Amazon.com). When you click through and buy, you're purchasing directly from Amazon, not from us. We never see your payment or your order. Returns and refunds for these go straight to Amazon.

Not sure which applies to your order? If you checked out on our site (tiktokmakemebuyits.com) and we charged you, it's ours. If you were sent to Amazon and checked out there, it's Amazon's.

Returns & Refunds β€” Products Sold by TikTok Made Me Buy It

We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, here's the deal:

  • Return window: 30 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • How to start a return: Email us at tiktokmakemebuyits@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll sort it out within 1–2 business days.
  • Refunds: Once we've confirmed your return, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Allow a few business days for it to show up depending on your bank.
  • Damaged or wrong item? Reach out right away β€” we'll make it right, no hassle.

Returns & Refunds β€” Amazon Affiliate Products

For products you purchased through one of our Amazon affiliate links, all returns and refunds are handled entirely by Amazon under their own policies. We don't have access to your Amazon order and can't process refunds on Amazon's behalf.

  • Start a return at amazon.ca/returns (or amazon.com/returns)
  • Contact Amazon support at amazon.ca/contact-us
  • Amazon's standard return window is typically 30 days from receipt for most items
